This page does not take bookings, payments, tenant reports, job requests, file or photo uploads, or start live repair coordination. James Dowle has confirmed that BrickBell is not yet a member of an approved property-agent redress scheme. The pilot scope and applicable redress requirements must be settled before any pilot operates.
Any future contractor costs would need your approval, and contractors would invoice landlords directly. BrickBell will not hold client money.
What is not in place
There is no contractor network or contractor vetting, no emergency or 24/7 cover, and no price list or response-time promise.
