This page describes the account and property-record information handled by the current Brickbell app. It is a limited summary, not a complete privacy notice.
Information entered in the app
Creating an account asks for your name, email address and password. The account flow can send an email verification message. The property form can save an address (including town or city and postcode), an optional second address line, a certificate type and a due date against your account. A property record can also include certificate files, their original filenames and certificate types, plus associated metadata such as file type, size, upload time, property reference and storage key or URL. The app’s property list shows filenames and certificate types; it does not provide a direct file link. Storage currently returns CDN URLs rather than a private or signed retrieval link, so someone who separately obtains a direct URL may be able to access that file.
Scope of this summary
Brickbell’s home page also describes document storage, reminders, AI call answering and bookings through referral partners. The current account and property-record app does not establish how those additional services operate or what information they may handle, so this page does not describe their data flows. Contact Brickbell for current details before providing information for those services.
Details still to be confirmed
Brickbell has not supplied the approved information needed here about its legal operating entity, processing purposes and lawful bases, service providers and other recipients, retention, cookies or analytics, international transfers, or the process for privacy requests. This page does not guess those details or make promises about them.
